何杰，湖北省大悟县人。毕业于湖北大学英语专业。英语高级教师。从教二十余年，后担任英语报纸编辑工作。中国社会心理学会会员，国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究
中心研究员。在工作之余从事教学研究。迄今在省级以上刊物撰文百余篇。编书十余部，其中个人专著六部。曾三次参加全国课题研究或实验。
